Giorgio bonato was born in Nove (VI) on June 13, 1965. As a child, he showed a strong interest in anything that flew. He was a hobbyist modeler, from the time he was very young, making small balsa wood aircraft, control line and radio controlled. As soon as he was able to, he chose real flight!

Today he is a private pilot, gliders and ultralight helicopters.

Always a great technical aviation enthusiast and amateur builder, for years he has been the Club's Popular Aviation activist. He was the President and one of the founders of the Historical Aircraft Group. He devotes his spare time to his main passion--historic aviation. 

He is married with two children and lives in Mason Vicentino.
