I was born in Pisa on December 3, 1961. I earned a Scientific baccalaureat and Aeronautical Science degree at the University Federico II of Naples.

I completed the Zodiac III Air Force Academy Course and was a Civil 1978 paratrooper (with 40 drops).

My credentials are: 1980 airplane pilot; 1985 military pilot; 1986 interceptor aircraft Combat Ready; head Couple, leader training, flight test enabled F 104 s, 96 Squadron Commander of the 9th Group CIO; T37B flight instructor at Sheppard AFB, TX, USA, flight Examiner and instructor for the screws (Spin Pilot); 18° Fighter Group Commander on F 104 S-ASA-M; and since1998 pilot at Meridiana SPA

I have 12600 flying hours.
